Susan launched Vocabulous in 2010, following a successful communications career in advertising and marketing.

She has a knack of making the complex simple and the boring interesting. She crafts, ensuring each word is chosen for the right reasons and placed in exactly the right spot. Her writing is succinct, engaging and meaningful. And she keeps her eye firmly on the brief and the desired outcome.
